Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how this year’s biggest Soft Services moments came to life. ① Sephora This walk down memory lane begins with our launch in the aisles of America’s premier beauty retailer: Sephora .
A partnership years in the making, customers can now experience Soft Services in (and on) the flesh at 400+ Sephora stores nationwide. Seeing our products on store shelves for the first time filled us with joy... and we were even more amazed when you sold them out just as quickly as we stocked them. Our small but mighty design team also built Buffing Bar its very own vanity.
It’s currently making appearances in Sephora locations around Southern California—if you see it in store, say ‘hi’ to our team member Denise and send us a pic! ② Green Banana Buffing Bar Our first Buffing Bar release of 2024 made its well-scented debut in late April. We brought the world of Green Banana to life at Palm Heights in Grand Cayman, where we also launched our first-ever body treatments at their spa for hotel guests and locals to enjoy.
③ Certified Buffer® All eyes were on our tried-and-true Buffing Bar in July. We went all-in to spotlight this hero and its many capabilities, including hand-stamping 300+ Certified Buffer® manuals (created in-house), collaborating with a few of our favorite creators , and visiting our manufacturer to give you a peek at how the iconic Buffing Bar is made . S.
Durga Debaser In early August, we rock n’ rolled, went fig crazy, and fumed it up with a limited-edition Debaser Buffing Bar . S. Durga, we blended the crème de la crème of both worlds into one unforgettable product. The verdict? com within two months. In celebration of the fig, “Dubi-aser” chocolate molds and oversized candles were handmade with care by our team for the launch events.
⑤ Theraplush “Hold” November brought the moment everyone had been waiting (and begging) for: Theraplush in a new color and, for the first time ever, with fragrance. com and Sephora several times. We’re currently working hard on a restock as soon as possible... promise! ⑥ Times Square Thanks to our partners at Shop App, we were able to bring Soft Services to the big screens of Times Square . A true “pinch me” moment to wrap up the year on a high note.
